REASON FOR RECALL:
Wawona Packing Co. and Pima Wawona, based in Fresno, Calif., has issued a recall notification that includes all bulk/loose Sweet-O Peaches because the products could possibly be contained with salmonella. The peaches were sold at the Market of Choice Willakenzie store in Eugene beginning July 1, 2020 and at Market of Choice in Corvallis beginning July 8, 2020. Due to the potential for these peaches to be contaminated with salmonella, we are advising customers to throw away any remaining peaches purchased at these locations in July. They were not sold at any other Market of Choice locations.
