Our pizza secrets
We went to the source – one of the top producers in Naples, Italy – to get our hands on the very best dough flour. We start with double zero. That’s the first secret to creating our signature pizza crusts – Italian-milled double-zero wheat flour. The second secret? Our pros hand-toss each crust. The third secret is a perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. Here’s another little secret: our sauce is kettle-cooked to create the sweet and savory sauce you know and love. The last step is to slide it into our wood stone hearth oven for a true slice of food heaven.
