Market of Choice Contest Rules
Official Rules
No purchase necessary for entry or to win. Contests are not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram. Current Market of Choice vendors, employees and members of their household are not eligible for contests or giveaways.
You must be 18 years or older. You must reside in the state of Oregon or within 50 miles of a Market of Choice store.
Entrants have until 11:59pm on the last contest day to enter, unless otherwise stated in the entry post.
By entering, you agree to these rules.
Types of Contests and Winner Selection
Giveaway
- To enter a giveaway, please follow directions as stated in the original post.
- If the directions of the post are to like the post and tag a friend, additional entries with additional tags are not qualified for an additional entry unless explicitly stated.
- Winners are chosen through random selection via Comment Picker.
Contests
- To enter a contest, please follow directions as stated in the original post.
- Winners are chosen by an impartial group of Market of Choice employees. Current Market of Choice vendors, employees and members of their household are not eligible for contests or giveaways.
Winners of contest will be notified by the platform through which they entered. If there is no response from the winner within 7-10 business days, the winner forfeits their prize.
Photo Submissions
Photos submitted for contests, using the contest-specific hashtags, may be shared by MOC on stories or directly to the @marketofchoice feed. Market of Choice will always seek permission to share content from entrants prior to sharing.
Prizes
Prizes are distributed at Market of Choice’s discretion. We will communicate with the winners for the best distribution of these prizes. If you are selected as a winner, you can expect to receive your prize within 4-6 weeks, depending on the method of distribution.
