Our pizza secrets
We went to the source – one of the top producers in Naples, Italy – to get our hands on the very best pizza dough flour. We start with double zero. That’s the first secret to creating our signature pizza crusts – Italian-milled double-zero wheat flour. The second secret? Our pizza pros hand-toss each crust. The third secret is a perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. Here’s another little secret: our house-made sauce is kettle-cooked to create the sweet and savory sauce you know and love. The last step is to slide it into our woodstone hearth oven for a true slice of food heaven.
What is pide and pinsa?
Pide, pronounced “PEE-dae,” is a Turkish-style recipe made into a fluffy and perfectly chewy crust, finished with our own fantastic flavor combinations. The dough is hand-tossed, then carefully rolled with a twist at both ends to create a ‘boat’ for layers of our beautiful béchamel, meats, veggies and cheeses, which blend into ooey-gooey deliciousness. These individually sized delights can be enjoyed any time of day. Try our Smoky Bacon & Egg for breakfast or our Calabrian Pepper for some spice!
Pinsa is a soft yet crisp Roman-style flatbread, similar to a pita in texture and taste. Light and lovely, pinsa is perfect as a meal for one and makes an amazing happy hour appetizer for two.
