Preheat oven to 375°.
Wash grapes and dry, cutting in half, then reserving 1 c.
Toss grapes, herbs and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
Add Oomph Cooking Blends and use spoon to toss grapes until coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste, tossing grapes a bit more
Muddle 1 c grapes and strain through sieve for juice.
Into a low baking dish (8” by 8”), add grape juice, balsamic vinegar, coated grapes, and dot top with bacon fat, duck fat or butter.
Bake in oven for 15 min, then rotate grapes with spoon. Cook another 12-15 min until grapes have wrinkled, shrunk and liquid is reduced.
Serve with turkey or pork, or use to dress a turkey sandwich. Yum!
