Let butter come to room temperature
Bloom Oomph: In a small saucepan add 1Tbsp butter, 1Tbsp water and Oomph, heat over med–low heat while stirring for about 1 minute. Oomph will rehydrate and form a spread. Cool in fridge.
Once cool, add bloomed Oomph to the soft butter and mix well
Layout a sheet of parchment large enough to hold all butter in a roll
Put butter on parchment in a line and roll into a log OR use silicon mold and put butter in molds
Chill for 2 hours or overnight
