Recipe from KURZHAL FAMILY KICKIN’ PICKLES
This Bloody Mary recipe comes to us from our local partners, the Kurzhal Family of Noti, Oregon, makers of Kurzhal Family Kickin’ Pickles. Great for brunch or anytime, this classic drink with a twist features bacon salt, chile vodka, pickle juice and the Kurzhal’s signature mix.
Ingredients
1 lime, halved or quartered
Demitri’s Bacon Rim Shot salt
Ice
1 shot Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile vodka
1 shot Kurzhal Kickin’ Pickle Got Back pickle juice
2 shots Kurzhal Kickin’ Bloody Mary Mix
Steps
Using a 24-ounce Ball canning jar as a drinking glass, wet the rim of the jar with a lime. Dip the rim of the jar into Bacon Rim Shot. Add ice, vodka, pickle juice, Bloody Mary Mix and stir. Serve with Kurzhal Kickin’ pickled carrots, beans and/or asparagus.
