This guide will help you complete the required forms to begin the product evaluation process. This information will help us evaluate your product(s), so that we can get back to you with our decision as quickly as possible. We will review your products to ensure they will fit within our category strategies and meet our current customer needs. Not all submissions may be accepted by our buyers.
Please provide all of the requested information and complete all of the forms by following the steps in this guide and by double-checking your work. When we receive forms that are incorrect or incomplete, it slows down the process of getting your items in front of our buying team. Common mistakes include missing information, inverted digits or missing UPC information, wrong case packs or bad costs.
Items must have a UPC, valid Nutrition Facts statement, valid ingredients and allergens on the label. Vendors are required to follow Health Department or Oregon Department of Agriculture food handling policies.
This guide only applies to packaged retail products and does not include beer or wine or perishable products, such as produce, meat, cheese or baked goods. If you want to sell a product in our perishable departments, use the Perishable Vendor Inquiry Form. Perishable Departments at Market of Choice include Meat, Seafood, Produce, Floral, Specialty Cheese, Kitchen (Deli/Food Service) and Bakery.
