All Natural Oven-Roasted Bone-In Turkey Breast
Heat at 325⁰F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 45 min. Uncover, baste with pan juices, continue heating to 165⁰F internal temp, approx. 20 min more. Or, slice cold and reheat in same fashion to quicken process (30 min total).

All Natural Light & Dark Meat Turkey Roast
Heat at 325⁰F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 30 min. Uncover, baste with pan juices, continue heating to 165⁰F internal temp, approx. 20 min more. Or, slice cold and reheat in same fashion to quicken process (30 min total).

All Natural Whole Roasted Turkey
Heat at 325⁰F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 1½ hours. Remove cover and finish to desired color by basting with pan juices (may take a total of 2+ hours depending on size). Internal temperature should reach 165⁰F on a meat thermometer. Or, slice cold and then reheat in same fashion to quicken process (1 hour).

Apple Brown Butter and Cranberry Butternut Squash
Place in baking dish and cover. Heat at 350⁰F for 20-25 min, until heated through. Alternately, in the microwave, place in safe dish and cover lightly. Heat on high for 6-8 min, until heated through.

Baked Brie
Bake at 350⁰F for 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown and cheese is soft.

Brie en Croute
Bake at 350⁰F for 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown and cheese is soft.

Brussels Sprout Gratin with Rogue Smokey Blue Cheese
Place in baking dish or pan and cover tightly. Heat at 350⁰F for 30-40 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and cover lightly. Heat on high for 5-7 min, until heated through.

Cider & Brown Sugar Glazed EZ Carve Ham
Heat at 325⁰F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 1½ hours. Remove cover and finish to desired color by basting with ham glaze twice (may take a total of 2 hours). Internal temperature should reach 140⁰F on a meat thermometer. Or, slice cold and then reheat in same fashion to quicken process (1 hour).

Heat at 325⁰F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 30 min. Uncover, baste with pan juices, continue heating to 165⁰F internal temp, approx. 20 min more. Or, slice cold and reheat in same fashion to quicken process (30 min total).

Lemon and Shallot Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
Place in baking dish and cover. Heat at 350⁰F for 20-25 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and cover lightly. Heat on high for 6-8 min, until heated through.

Loaded Cheddar Bacon Mashed Potatoes
Place in baking dish and cover. Heat at 350⁰F for 25-30 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 6-8 min, until heated through depending on oven.

Maple Orange Bourbon Carrots
Place in baking dish and cover. Heat at 350⁰F for 20-25 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and cover lightly. Heat on high for 6-8 min, until heated through.

Northwest Beets with Chevre & Hazelnuts
Place in baking dish and cover. Heat at 350⁰F for 20-25 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and cover lightly. Heat on high for 6-8 min, until heated through.

Place in baking dish or pan and cover tightly. Heat at 350⁰F for 30-40 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and cover lightly. Heat on high for 5-7 min. until heated through.

Heat in saucepan on stovetop over medium heat for 10-15 min, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish and heat, covered lightly, on high for 6-8 min, until heated through, stirring once.

Vegan Gravy
