Josie Johnson's journey into gluten-free foods grew out of her own gluten-related issues, which surfaced in her teens. 
In her pursuit of gluten-free recipes, she started making her own mixes – ones she could quickly and easily enjoy with others. 
"Sunday morning pancakes and waffles were cherished in my family, and I wanted to carry on that tradition with my own kids," she says. 
As founder and CEO of Josie's Best in Sisters, Oregon, she creates a variety of great-tasting mixes in a dedicated gluten-free facility that bring everyone together at breakfast time. "
