Locally roasted coffee and blended teas
No brunch spread is complete without an array of beverages. Our Market of Choice locations are stocked with many locally roasted coffees and locally blended teas.
Be sure to explore our special Holiday coffee roasted by Café Zamora of Portland. Owner, Hector Mejia Zamora uses beans grown on his and his grandmother’s farm in Guatemala – a special reflection of family, as we gather for the season.
Aesthete Teas, a woman- and BIPOC-owned tea maker in Portland, focuses on handcrafting organic loose-leaf teas and herbal blends that not only taste delicious, but make great gifts, too.
Brighten the day with bubbles
Bubbles, be it Champagne, Prosecco or Sparkling Wine, are a great way to celebrate the season for any occasion. While lifting a sparkling glass in the evening is wonderful, equally so is starting the day with a delicious mimosa made with Market of Choice fresh-squeezed orange juice. You can certainly mix it up with different juice but no matter how you like your Mimosa, be sure to start with great bubbles.
Here are a few recommendations:
Anne Amie Marilyn Brut Rosé: Bright and fruity with strawberry and cherry notes, a creamy mouthfeel and refreshing bubbles. The finish is crisp and dry.
Clouet Brut Nature: Made with fruit from Grand Cru vineyards this is bright with apple/citrus fruit and hint of brioche yeastiness. Both the mousse and finish are impeccable in their elegance.
Loredan Gasparini Asolo Prosecco Brut: Outstanding Prosecco that is D.O.C.G. and is dry, with grapefruit accented by cherry and an appealing soft side yet well balanced.
Roco RMS Brut: Made by Rollin Soles, this delicious Willamette Valley sparkler shows elegantly layered Asian pear, cinnamon brioche, and roasted nut flavors that dance on an alluring finish.
