Nashville Chicken Breasts

This spicy fried chicken, first developed in Nashville, Tennessee, is sweeping the nation, and it's now available in your Market Kitchen. Our split boneless, skinless chicken breasts are marinated overnight in buttermilk and our special blend of cayenne, smoked paprika, red chile flakes, chile powder and brown sugar. Then, we fry them to crispy perfection smothered in our red-hot chile oil. While Nashville hot chicken breasts make a great meal on their own, I also love layering them with crisp pickles and cool mayonnaise on a toasted bun to make a spicy, fried chicken sandwich. Or try them in a Cobb salad.
