Gochujang and Honey Fried Chicken Breasts

One of my all-time favorite flavor combinations is Gochujang (a fermented Korean chili paste) and honey. And when it’s added to tender, crunchy fried chicken, I’m all in! For this recipe, our boneless, skinless chicken breasts are battered and fried to crispy, crunchy perfection, then tossed with our house-made Gochujang and honey marinade, and garnished with green onions. It’s spicy, sweet and savory. I love layering it with kimchi and Sriracha mayonnaise on a brioche bun. But it tastes great on its own, too.
