As we enter into barbeque season one of my favorite items in the Seafood Department is the Polynesian-Inspired Swordfish & Pineapple Kebob. Made using previously frozen swordfish loin cut into 1.5 inch chunks combined with fresh pineapple chunks on a wooden skewer and marinated with a Market Kitchen-crafted marinade that is ideal with swordfish. Cooking these delicious skewers is so easy, all you need to do is grill or broil them to your desired doneness.
