Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage that include a prescription drug benefit. Plan is a traditional preferred provider plan that allows employee to select their physician from a large panel of health care providers.
401(k) Savings Plan: An optional benefit that allows you to defer up to 15% of annual compensation on a pretax basis into a choice of several investment funds. Market of Choice currently matches 75% of your deferral, based on a maximum deferral of up to 6% of your compensation. This match may change from year to year at the Company's discretion. Short-term Disability: Pays up to $300.00 benefit a week for up to 13 weeks of disability due to accident, illness, and childbirth.
Profit Sharing: The Company may contribute an amount to be determined from year to year, which will be allocated to all participants as outlined in your plan description.
Vacation Pay: Provides paid time off based on the number of hours worked and length of employment.
Observed Holidays: The Company provides seven paid holidays each year.
Life Insurance: Provides $10,000 life insurance, doubles upon accidental death. Also covers dismemberment.
Direct Deposit: Employee can designate up to four institutions and/or accounts for an automatic payroll deposit.
