Through our partnership with Brian Grant Foundation (BGF), Chef Greg creates recipes that are full of whole grains, vegetables and omega-rich ingredients.

Watch Chef Greg create his recipe for Asparagus and Tomato Faro Salad, featuring the ancient grain farro, along with sautéed fiber- and vitamin-rich asparagus, cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, kalamata olives, lemon, oregano, parsley, arugula and spinach.

Also, try nutrient-dense Superfood Buddha Bowls, made with protein-packed tri-color quinoa, sweet potatoes, broccoli, chickpeas, tahini, maple syrup, turmeric, ginger and other spices.
