Cooking Method

2 bacon slices, chopped small
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 T fresh thyme leaves
2 T olive oil
1/4 t ea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss together ingredients and spread onto sheet pan in a single layer. Bake 15 min. Toss and bake 10 min more.
