1 1/2 cup couscous
1 1/2 T cumin seed, toasted and ground
1 t oregano
1 1/2 T olive oil
2 c vegetable stock

Methods/Steps

Soak couscous, cumin and oregano in warmed vegetable stock for 5 min. Pour through colander. Place over pot of gently boiling water; cover and steam for 3-4 min.

Drizzle with olive oil; fluff with fork.
