How it works:

1. Choose your ingredients*, available at both the Willamette and West Linn salad bars.

2. Wok it over. Hand your bowl to the cook behind the counter, choose your protein and watch your creation cook on a blazing-hot grill.

3. Enjoy. Sit back, relax and consume your one-of-a-kind creation in our dining area, or take it with you.

*Bowl can only be filled 2 inches above the rim, so that the lid will fit after cooking.

Coconut Curry: Yellow curry with coconut and a hint of pineapple

Cilantro Peanut: Exotic Thai peanut sauce, chilies, tangy tamarind and cilantro

Spicy Hot Red Hunan: Savory Chinese stir-fry sauce with a spicy kick

Hawaiian Sweet & Sour: Island sauce with pineapple and lemon

Spicy Orange: Classic stir-fry sauce with spicy pepper and orange flavors

Korea Grill: Soy sauce, aromatic roasted sesame seed oil, sesame seeds, garlic and spices
