As with all our beverages, we try to have a broad selection of the finest coffees for our customers. Because coffee is perishable, particulary after it is roasted, we chose to carry the coffees of the finest local roasters in each of our stores. Because of the emphasis on quality and freshness each store will have different coffees avaliable for our customers.
The quality of a cup of coffee and the pleasure it gives are largely determined by the qualities of the green coffee, the abilities of the roaster, its freshness and how it is brewed. We strive to have the best in all those areas that we can control. Continuing education for both staff and consumers is part of our mission at Market of Choice and we have cuppings and seminars to broaden the horizions of our customers.
