Short and sweet

No flapping on about nuance or terroir or acidity this week. We’re going to put our money where our keyboard is and present to you the following two tastings. After all is said and done, we’ll be pouring five different rosés, two white wines, and a remarkably nimble and refreshing local Pinot Noir.

Tastings:

Friday: Today from 3:30 – 6:30 Jocelyn and I will be pouring from our wall of rosé, featuring stuff from Spain and France. Think of this as phase one, with more to follow.

Saturday: Today from 3:30 – 6:30 we’ll be joined by Bethany from Illahe Vineyards as she pours their Gruner Veltliner, Viognier, Rosé, and Pinot Noir.
