Market of Choice opens behind-the-scenes hub

New central kitchen, distribution center lays foundation for future growth

EUGENE, Ore. – With eight stores in Oregon and its current central kitchen bursting at the seams, Market of Choice will open a new 87,500-square-foot facility in west Eugene this month that will better serve its current demands and allow for future growth.

With its high-tech kitchen and exemplary sanitary standards, the new central kitchen and distribution hub will supply food and other products to stores in Eugene, Corvallis, Ashland, West Linn and Portland.

Join us for a tour

You are invited to tour this new facility and interview Market of Choice CEO Rick Wright and Artisan Chef Greg Cabeza. This will be the only time tours are made available, due to strict sanitation guidelines that do not allow for visitors once the facility opens.
