Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare various baked goods
• Understand and follow directions
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Expense control
• Assist in the training of bakery personnel, as directed
• Baking product
• Loading and unloading freight
• Reading recipes, utilizing math skills to assemble ingredients for scratch preparations
• Making frostings and custards
• Professional and courteous communications verbally, in writing, and by telephone to maintain positive relations with customers, employees and vendors
• Dishwashing
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• General housekeeping
