Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•  Assist in the supervision of all Kitchen employees
• Assist customers
• Organization of  Kitchen duties on a daily basis
•  Enforce company policies as established for the store
• Stock products 
• Taking inventory
• Supervise, schedule and train employees
• Keeping uniforms stocked
•  Professional and courteous communications verbally, in writing, and by telephone to maintain positive relations with customers, employees, and vendors
• Achieving, maintaining and exceeding company standards Create and maintain store records
• Taking of inventory
• Manage purchasing, merchandising and expense control to maximize profits
• General cleaning of floors, tables and countertops, mirrors and signs, shelving and process areas
