Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean dishes and facility
• Take out garbage as directed
• Clean counters, food preparation equipment and floors
• Assist with food preparation
• Help in kitchen as directed
• Achieve, maintain and exceed company standards
• Professional and courteous communications verbally, in writing, and by telephone to maintain positive relations with customers, employees and vendors
• Assist in the training of kitchen dept. personnel, as directed
• General housekeeping
• Must be at least 18 years of age or oder
