Primary Responsibilities

• Consulting with Chef/Kitchen Manager daily to insure that timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated
• Cooking and product preparation
• Counter work when needed during busy periods
• Timely delivery of assigned orders
• Assist in the training of kitchen personnel, as directed
• General housekeeping

Requirements

• Operate kitchen equipment
• Assit with inventory
• Stock products
• Professional and courteous communications verbally, in writing, and by telephone to maintain positive relations with customers, employees and vendors
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
