Sparhawk Farms

Nestled at the base of Mt. Pisgah, Sparhawk Farms cultivates much more than the garden variety of flowers. Charles and Bethany Little harvest from 35 acres, more than 300 floral varieties. Once a hobby gardener, Charles’ interest in flowers grew over time, working in garden centers and as a landscapist before studying horticulture.
