Asst. Bakery Mgr. (FT) - Franklin Blvd.

Market bakeries include something for every occasion and every taste, from cakes to doughnuts to bagels. We provide homemade baked goods for busy people who crave both fresh and convenience. Bakery staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.

As an Assistant Bakery Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: maintaining positive customer relations; wedding cake delivery; organization of daily Bakery duties; training and development of Bakery employees; logging/processing invoices and taking inventory; expense control; general housekeeping; and enforcement of company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year in a professional, high-production bakery setting, embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills. Applicants with management experience will be given preference, but all applications are welcome.
