Thanks to everyone who turned out for our recent Spain event! We had a wonderful time hosting two chefs from Spain and sharing their delicious foods and wines with you.
Both of Valladolid, Spain, Chef Francisco Alonso Martín-Hinojal owns and operates La Garrocha restaurant, while Chef Pablo Gómez de Diego oversees the restaurant.
In addition to preparing and offering tastings of classic and contemporary foods and wines, they brought with them many of the products made in their part of the world, including Spanish cheeses, dry-cured meats, oils, nuts, cakes and more.
