Owned and operated by Laurie and Terry Carlson, Fairview Farm Goat Dairy in Dallas, Oregon produces farmstead goat cheeses with close-to-home taste. A published author, Laurie combined her home economics education with a Ph.D. in history to forge their newest venture, cheese making.

And after many years in the trucking industry, Terry has welcomed a return to his childhood roots, caring for livestock to create a valuable, GMO-free food product. Together, they raise 50 Nubian and Alpine goats that happily trot over the hills and pastures of their six-acre organic farm.
