The cheese department at our West Linn store decided to go all out with their Royal Wedding Somersdale cheese display. Kala, cheese steward, partnered with our Bakery team to create a Somersdale Cheese Cake. Cake Decorators Brittany and Renee put their creative heads together and created this cake. The wine department stewards, Aaron and Jocelyn also added their choice of wine for the cheese.
