When Scott Bell and Heidi Timm found their niche in nuts, they knew nothing but close to home would do. Honoring their place on the map, they named their business after the city of Albina, which was incorporated just four years before it became part of Portland in 1891. Sourced from Oregon and Northern California, their flavored nuts stay true to their original taste. Created with a sweet base of organic sugar and Oregon honey, they get a punch of flavor from spices, like cinnamon, anise and chili powder. Wonderful with cheese and sprinkled atop ice cream, you’ll find them in your Market Cheese Shop.
