Oregon’s first certified organic brewer, Laurelwood Brewing Co. developed a loyal following early on. Starting with a seven-barrel brewery, owners Mike De Kalb and Cathy Woo-De Kalb grew the business into a 15-barell brewpub and restaurant, and two additional locations. Harnessing the talent of Head Brewer Chad Kennedy, Laurelwood has garnered several awards, including Champion Brewery at the 2004 World Beer Cup.
