Brewed for your pleasure

In the beer cellar this week:
Moylan’s Hopsickle is back! A bit more money, but hey, is there anything better? Triple-hopped Imperial IPA with Tomahawk, Cascade and Centennial hops and 9.5% ABV. $9.99/22oz.

Also returning, Dogfish Head Paolo Santo: Brewed and aged in a Paraguayan-made wood barrel handcrafted from rare Paolo Santo oak, 12.5%ABV, with toasty intense malt and caramel flavors. A classic! $3.99/12oz.

Our tasting schedule this week:
• Friday, April 10 at 5 p.m. –  Joseph Andrade with Bacchus Wines will pour Andeluna Malbec ‘05 and Grange des Rouquette Vin de Pays d’Oc Rouge 2006.
• Saturday, April 11 at 5 p.m. –  Moylan’s Hopsickle Imperial IPA
• Sunday, April 12 at 5 p.m. – Francoli Brut Reserva Cava and Caves Carod Clairette de Die Tradition.
