Okocim Pilsner pours light golden in the glass with a frothy white head. Light body with minimal hoppy notes and some steely flavors in the mouth, offset by a hint of malt. 5.5% ABV. $2.49/500ml.
Zywiec Lager shows tawny yellow in the glass with medium foam. Light floral perfume on the nose followed by notes of malt and toasty yeast. 5.6% ABV. $2.79/500ml.
Session Black Lager was just released by Full Sail Brewing Co. A lighter black beer with notes of roast malt. $10.49/12/12oz cans. Taste it this evening at the wine bar with John Harris, head brewer at Full Sail. Also available will be the new LTD 3. $6.99/6-pack. Don’t miss it!
From Switzerland, Cuvee Alex Le Rouge Jurrasian Imperial Stout is brewed with bourbon vanilla, Sarawac pepper, and Russian tea, and hopped with Hallertau hops. Unfiltered and unpasturized, 10.3%ABV. $7.99/11.2oz.

De Proef Signature Series La Grande Blanche: Original Gravity 1068; IBU’s 17; ABV 7.5%. Golden with a slight haze in the glass, followed by citrus, coriander, and orange zest notes with some wheat in the body. $8.99/25.4oz.
Samuel Smith Organic Strawberry Ale: Brewed and fermented in the Melbourne Brothers Brewery in Stamford, then conditioned and bottled at the Old Brewery in Tadcaster. Strawberry and malty flavors predominate in the body, with a light aroma of strawberry and caramel. Finishes lightly dry. $3.99/18.7oz. Oregon Trail Bourbon Barrel Porter: Aged for three months in 23-year-old Kentucky Bourbon barrels from the Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery in Kentucky, brewed with nugget hops for bittering and Willamette Valley hops for aroma, and black, chocolate, rolled oats and caramel malts resulting in an intensely fuliginous color, notes of coffee, chocolate and roasted malts layered with whiskey smokiness. $11.49/22oz.
Rogue Ales Sacred Cities Ale: Amber Sesquicentennial Ale celebrating Eugene’s founding in 1862. Incorporates 2Row and Munich malts from Klamath Falls, Willamette hops from Independence, and Pacman yeast from Hood River for an orange hued, malty brew with some sweetness on the end. 16 Plato and 40IBU’s for just a wee kick up front. $5.99/22oz.

Stone Levitation Ale: Columbus, Amarillo, Simcal and Crystal Hops, dry hopped with Amarillo. 45 IBU’s 4.4% ABV and low gravity for a true session beer. Dark maltiness in the mouth with citrus on the top and in the nose. $9.79/750ml.
Fish Leavenworth Ales: Heffeweizen: 5.4% ABV, 26IBU’s. NW Pale, Aromatic, CaraPils plus wheat. Cloudy in the glass with golden highlights (unfiltered). Light citrus on the nose. Dunkel: Wheat, NW Pale, Chocolate, Munich, and CaraMunich malts. 4.7%ABV and 25IBU’s. Dark, toasty and dry with notes of chocolate. $7.49/6pk.
Cassissone Sparkling Ale, From Birrificio in Torino, Italy: Original recipe brewed by Agostino Arioli. Cassis added at the beginning of fermentation. Bottled before fermentation stops for a true bottle-conditioned ale. Six months maturation in bottle and unpasteurized. Double Amber 6.5% ABV. Hops are Hallertauer Magnum and Hallertauer Heusbackel. Pilsner, Munich and Caramel malts. $14.79/25.4oz. We are celebrating the return of Heater Allen Brewery with a tasting on Saturday featuring Rick Allen, brewmaster. Heater Allen Pils is maltier than most Pilsners, 5% ABV, 38 IBU’s. Iserweizen is flavored with clove and nutmeg with 4.8% ABV and 15 IBU’s. A classic Munich wheat beer! Common Cause is an amber steam-beer style brewed with Cascade hops and German and British Amber malts. 5.1% ABV, 38IBU’s. $4.29/22oz. all flavors.
