Ingredients

From our Cheese Shop

Chicken Liver Pâté with Madiera and Apples: A delectable, spreadable delicacy handcrafted by Market of Choice chefs.

Huntsman Cheese: A quintessential English cheese, this beautiful Double Gloucester and Stilton combo is excellent with cured meats.

Marcona Almonds: Spanish almonds fried in sunflower oil and salted. They’re incredibly addictive!

Rustic Bakery Tart Cherry & Cacao Nib Artisan Crisps: We love this cracker! It has sublime texture and lends itself well to jams and cheeses.

Salumi Hot Coppa: Add a bit of heat with this treat from Seattle. Alternatively, find Columbus Coppa at the Kitchen Deli.

Marin French Cheese Petite Crème: Sized for two, this rich, smooth, soft-ripened cheese is a cheese board favorite.

Cascadia Creamery Organic Sleeping Beauty: Smooth and buttery with a supple sharpness, this award-winning, raw-milk cheese charms with a unique alpine flavor.

Olympia Provisions Chorizo Navarre: Excellent Portland-made, smoky-sweet chorizo.

From our Kitchen Deli

Columbus Sopressata: A classic fennel-and-garlic salami by Columbus in San Francisco. Find many other salamis here and at the Cheese Shop.

Bellentani Bresaola: This fine delicacy is simply comprised of salt, premium beef and time.

Zoe’s Applewood-Smoked Ham: A deeply flavorful premium quality artisan-made ham.

Speck: This smoked, dry-cured ham is much like prosciutto, but has a deeper, sweeter flavor. Available at the Kitchen Deli and the Cheese Shop.

From the Grocery Aisles

Oregon Grower’s Cherry Zinfandel Jam: A staff favorite featuring cherries grown east of Mt. Hood, it is amazing paired with charcuterie.

Cornichons: A balanced charcuterie board needs vinegar flavors such as pickles and mustards. Find a wide variety of pickled vegetables in grocery or at our Cheese Shop.

Mary’s Gone Crackers: These gluten-free crackers have a nutty, sesame flavor and satisfying crunch.

Castelvetrano Olives: The Castelvetrano variety of olives is desired for its pleasing, buttery flavor. We chose Mezzetta olives from our grocery aisles, or select a variety from our Olive Bar.

Willamette Valley Mustard Sweet ‘N Hot Stone Ground Mustard: Meats and mustards go hand in hand. This flavorful variety comes from local makers of magnificent mustards.

Additional Suggestions

Homemade Crostini: Pick up a loaf of artisan bread from our Bakery, slice it thin, drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven.

Dried fruits: For sweet bites, visit our Bulk Department or our grocery aisles for dried apricots, figs, cranberries and more.

Fresh fruits: Liven up your tray with fresh grapes, pears, apples or berries from our Produce Department.

Market-Made Sausages: For a German-style board, cook up a selection of sausages, made fresh daily in your Market Meat Department from all-muscle meat, without fillers.

Fermented Vegetables: Sauerkraut or pickled beets are a perfect accompaniment if using cooked sausage.

Drinks: Don’t forget your favorite beer or wine. Ask our beverage stewards to recommend something new. Cheers!
