It begins with the most basic, all natural ingredients. No shortening, no artificial leavening agents, nothing you can’t pronounce. Our philosophy: “If grandma didn’t need it, we don’t either,” says Bakery Sales Manager Christina Jessie.
We start with creamy Umpqua butter and use all natural vanilla, flour and sugar. No trans-fat shortening here. Do you have a special family recipe you would like us to duplicate? No problem, we love trying new things.
We even create handmade sculptured cakes, such as guitars, teapots, trucks and sandcastles. Choose from a number of artistic designs, or have us create something original. We can make just about anything. Just be sure to call ahead or visit with one of your Market bakers to allow us enough time to create your masterpiece. From baby showers and graduations to anniversaries and retirements, we offer something for every occasion.

We offer White, Chocolate, Poppy Seed and Carrot. Other flavors are available with a minimum of 24-hours notice, 48 hours preferred.
