Muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In separate bowls, combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients, reserving raisins and walnuts. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Fill muffin tin cups evenly to just below rim of the muffin tin and top with brown sugar and oatmeal streusel. Bake for 35 min.

Use pastry cutter to combine until crumbly.
